365 Film Challenge - 13/365 - ‘Libeled Lady’ (1936)
Okay, I know, I’ve been very lazy with this. But, today, I’ve gotten back in the film watching mood, and decided to watch one of me iTunes rents. So, the premise of this movie is very straightforward; Warren Haggerty (Spencer Tracy), who is engaged to Gladys Benton (Jean Harlow), works at a paper which has published a false story about Connie Allenbury (Myrna Loy). Loy, has decided to file a libel suit against the paper, and Haggerty hires Bill Chandler (William Powell) to change Allenbury’s mind. Trust me it makes much more sense when you’re watching the movie. I won’t tell you much more, as it will ruin the plot, but this is a movie I would highly recommend. So, go find it <3

Just finished watching this film and I don’t know what else to say, except, this movie is an absolutely fabulous romantic-comedy. It’s on youtube, so you have no excuse to not watch it!
